Tools for getting more out of the practice time you actually have.
Practice drifts. You end up running the lines you can already play — and on the days you're least sure what to work on, you don't pick the instrument up at all.
Practice Lab gives you somewhere to start. Drones to play against, fretboard patterns that actually connect, changes to blow over — and a generator that pulls them into a session aimed at whatever you're working on. Open it, and you're playing.
The tools
- Chord drone A sustained reference pitch to play against — for ear training, intonation, and hearing how a line sits inside a harmony.
- Metronome Time-keeping, with the subdivisions and odd meters a practicing musician actually needs.
- Scale visualizer Fretboard patterns, laid out so the shapes connect to each other rather than sitting in isolation.
- Chord looper A progression to improvise over, so you can work on vocabulary against real harmony instead of in silence.
- Session generator The piece that ties it together — building a structured practice session rather than leaving you to invent one every time.
